There are many myths in society and in the pickup community. One of the greatest hurdles I have found is the idea that we can come up with perfect lines and avoid rejection. If you got into the community through Mystery and the VH1 show “The Pickup Artist”, whether it is season one or two or by reading “The Game” by Neil Strauss, then you may have developed some bad habits without realizing it.

The community thinking from a few years ago was that the pick-up artist (PUA) can come up with this elaborate routine stack or through patterns that would convey their personality in a way that they would never get rejected. There’s a truth about our minds: As long as we are alive, our brains are on.

Even while we’re asleep, our minds are still on and (to a degree) receptive. Even in comas Dick psp our brains have a degree of awareness and receptivity.

And when we’re conscious, we have a constant stream of thought.

I believe that thoughts have power. No matter how minimal or dispersed, I believe that every single thought that we have has power. I also believe that our minds will align our actions, behaviors and habits to bring us into contact with what we think about the most. Not what we want What Goes Up movie full

In 2004, I remember one of my “gurus” talking about being focused on process, not on outcome. His reasoning was sound: If you are wrapped up in how something is going to turn out, you run a risk of messing it up.

So I made a point of focusing on the process in the different areas where I wanted to improve. Instead of being focused on being really fit and muscular, I focused on being on point with my diet every 3 hours and doing my workouts with full-focus, as scheduled.

Same with pick-up / seduction. I go out (as best I can) without any expectation and need for outcome. As long as I am out of my house and approaching, I am living Read the rest of this entry »
