What are Indicators of Interest
In the community there are a number of indicators of interest. These are specific things that some pick-up artists believe are cues that the girl is into you. I will list them here:
Smiling at you
Preening (tossing, twirling or combing her hair)
Scratching the top of her hand
Exposing her neck
Positioning body facing towards you
Laughing at what you’re saying
Touching you
Sucking your dick
Assuming its always on and why you shouldn’t bother paying attention to them
I believe that is a waste of time and that you shouldn’t bother looking indicators of interest. There is only one indicator of interest that I think about. As a PUA using Micro-Calibration in Pick up is very important. Mystery first introduced this technique and style of gaming. I have found that on many of my sarges sometimes everything hits perfectly and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Have you experienced that?
Micro-calibration by some standards is very advanced but at the same time to be successful we need to apply it to the base level of all of our interactions.
Think of micro-calibration of when specifically you need to DHV or when specifically you need to punish.
I use the word punish loosely becuase although a large number of people will say that you should punish bad behavior, that in it self is reactive. Instead I believe we should ignore bad behavior and just reward good behavior.
I think you can break everything into either IOI’s or IOD’s. Indicators of interest or indicators of disinterest. IOI would be anything from talking to some one to sharing value with them or asking questions in a positive way. Indicators of disinterest would be anything from girls ignoring you to negative compliance or negative comments.
