As I’m beginning to have success, I’m getting sloppy around maintaining my good habits. I’ve let my daily yoga routine slip into oblivion. I haven’t been eating right for the past 2 weeks. I haven’t been to the gym for about 3 weeks.
Biggest reason for it? I’m having lots of sex… so I’m not trying as hard to push my limits and maintain things that are working well to forward my game.
