Attract women while working a full time job

Recently one of our readers sent me a message asking how we balance our jobs with learning to improve with women. I work a 9-5 while still going out and experimenting with pick-up artist / seduction material.

I sent him a personal response and promised him that I would expand on it in the blog. Here are some excerpts from my response to him as well as some expansions:

This is what Legend and I have been doing since we started up in mid-April. Every Friday and Saturday night, no matter what, is our night to go out on the town. No excuses – sickness, weather, tiredness are never an excuse. We force ourselves out every weekend and we always stay out until at least 2.

Currently, we do not go out during the weeknights to meet women. We’ve talked about going out during the week until maybe 11:30 or 12 and then coming home in time to still get a good night’s sleep, but we’ve both been too busy to take it to that level.

When we’re out in field, we really push ourselves and each other to get out of our comfort zone and into conversations with women. So the time is very focused on meeting women (not chatting with each other and NEVER talking about game). At the end of the night we “debrief” what we experienced during the time we were out. We talk about what we observed in each other’s interactions, what looked like it was working, what needs improvement, etc. This helps us learn faster because it integrates our learning into our minds and helps us target certain areas for improvement during the week.

On top of having those two dedicated nights of going out on the town, we both do things during the week to ensure that our weekend will be as good as it can be. We both work out and we both reflect on the areas that we want to improve. In a way, going out during the weekend gives us a target for what we should be working on improving during the week. So even though we’re not out during the weeknights, we are still taking action to improve those areas during the week. By the time the next weekend rolls around, we have a higher level of skill because of our weekly practices.

I think the best way for me to discuss this will be a series of posts under this main topic. Off the top of my head, I think it be useful to talk about how I integrate self-improvement practices with my daily life, while balancing with my job and day-to-day responsibilities. I am far from perfect – sometimes I’m really disciplined and practice everyday, but other times I’ll go for a month without doing any good self-improvement practice.

That’s not to say that I’m not productive in other ways, but there are certain things that require a consistant practice (like yoga/meditation or visualizing my goals) that fall to the wayside.

I think it will be helpful for all of us to explore this topic – I think in writing about it, I will come up with a way to maintain those practices consistently and I will be able to share my progress through the blog. Stay tuned for future posts on this.

And if you have questions around this subject, feel free to leave some comments on here so I know areas to write about that will help you.
