I have been thinking lately about how I can make this blog better. I believe that our blog has the most content out of all the dating advice / dating tips / pick-up artist / seduction websites out there. (Like those keywords?) 
There are some other commercial blogs with more “content”, but I put content in quotes because the vast majority of it is just sales letters masked as content.
I have no problem with guys making a business in helping men improve their love life. I do have qualms with a guy (or a group of guys) starting a BUSINESS in pick-up because they want to have a business, not because they have skill or truly want to enrich the lives of men. Key word being TRULY.
Regardless, our blog content is all free and is not for profit.
We will very occasionally review a product and affiliate the link, but that just makes sense: If we truly believe in a product and send it web hits and prospective buyers, there’s no reason we shouldn’t collect commissions for it. Still our content is all free and not here to pump anyone’s products.
But enough about that. I am not a hater and other guys can do whatever they want. I personally make it my goal and my focus is about constantly improving the quality of content people receive from this website.
Here are some of the improvements I want to make to the blog:
- More relationship material – Contrary to the perception this blog may present, improving my skills with women is much more to me than just banging women. Yes, I have sex (and subsequently post lay reports), but it is because I want to give value to our readers. I am explicit in my descriptions because I think it is helpful for guys to see what I do with women – I know it helps me when other people paint a clear picture.Unfortunately, when I post only lay reports, it gives the impression that I simply bang girls and then move on. That is not the case – the majority of the time I continue seeing the girl for a while and we have a lot of fun together. The sex is only one aspect of the whole experience – there is much more to having women in my life than just sex.So I am going to add a greater focus to the relationship aspect of how I am with women to not only show men what works for me, but also to give a more complete picture of what I am about.
- More focus on leadership and giving value – I believe that leadership and giving value are very closely related. I think that the best path to success is one where I am successful and I help others become successful too. That is one of the reasons why I write this journal / PUA blog in the manner that I do – to help men who may be facing a similar situation see how I overcame it.Sounds cliche, but I sincerely do want to make the world a better place. If I can help men have more success in relationships, everyone benefits. I read today a definition of leadership that inspired me: “Successful people have put themselves in the right place. Leaders help put their/other people in the right place to be successful.” (credit to Paul Helmick on Twitter, though I don’t know where he read the quote from.)
- More media – Currently we have extensive blog content on a myriad of topics and audio recaps of what Legend and I do at night. I want to add more audio and video content, but I am going to only make it available through the Pick-up Evolution Newsletter.Why? Because audio and video production takes a different kind of time and effort and I want to make sure that our audience is actively consuming it. Plus, I intend to use the newsletter to write more extensive articles on specific techniques and overcoming challenges in the field of picking up beautiful women. I try to keep blog postings short and pithy – a newsletter is better suited to really explore a topic in great depth and give a great amount of value.But again, I want to make sure that the audience is actively interested, which I will judge by the sign-ups.
