Part 1: Introduction

Let me start by saying that Buddhist monks have used this technique to explore other stars and galaxies. That seems so profound to me and I’d love to be able to do that someday.

But in my own life I’ve used this technique and/or belief to rid myself of limiting beliefs and for numerous other things such as avoiding speeding tickets, looking for sets while out running game and reading the body language of up to about 30 people at a time.

It’s fair to say that if one is waiting for a 5D cosmic shift that they are not living in a realistic aspect of what the shift means. The shift can occur for anyone, anyone can both choose to live outside of this reality any time they wish and also express adaptation in ways to expereince this reality without it able to truly shake them to a point of derailment of their personal progressive evolutional develpment.

Part 4: Heightening Your Awareness and Avoiding Speeding Tickets

The most important thing you need to do to expand your consciousness is heighten your awareness of your surroundings. The more things that you can observe, the more you can stretch your consciousness out, the wider of a geographical area you can be aware of.

Let me take avoiding speeding tickets for instance. I start by observing the cars on the road. Most of us can spot a police cruiser pretty easily. How about from a mile in front of you or behind you? There’s a section of Route 3 where that’s the range of my awareness.

The second thing I observe are details that let me know if the normal looking car near me is civilian or undercover law enforcement. What gives those cars away are extra and abnormal looking lights in the rear window or front and rear lights. Another thing that gives them away are sometimes the make and model of the car (Dodge Chargers are common), the condition of the car (always recently washed and waxed, never any dents or dings, mostly late models), and recently issued license plates (recently the pattern is 2 numbers a letter and a letter and 2 numbers (23T H61)).

Once I get on the highway I start looking for these things. I always look ahead and behind me. I start looking at the cars in front of me so that once I speed up I am also aware of who’s behind me. Then all I need to do is watch for people coming up faster behind me.

Next I look even further ahead, as far as I can see. I know every nook and cranny and place where cops will hide looking for speeders. When I’m on roads I haven’t memorized I need to rely on intuition, and that develops through observational practice. I can either detect a presence or traces of a presence, if that makes any sense.

Okay, enough about how to avoid speeding tickets, lets get to the pickup aspect of this post.

Part 5: How To Apply This Theory To Game

When I’m out day gaming, I’m often looking ahead for targets. Guys I’ve taken out during a GSF can attest to my picking out targets for them that they hadn’t even seen yet themselves. I’m not only looking ahead, I’m looking behind me too, and to the sides if need be.

By becoming aware of your surroundings you can change your behavior to better fit into the universe in which you currently exist in. For example, there’a hot girl walking down Newbury Street behind you. Slow down until she catches up and open her when she’s next to you. If she’s ahead of you, quicken your pace; approaching you head on, slow down and get in front of her.

As for observing body language, being in a corner somewhere with no one behind me makes it easier. From there the trick is to start with a person or group of people and move up to as many people as you can handle. Again, through practice I can reach up to about 30.

Part 6: Bending the 6th Dimension Through the 7th Dimension or Leaping to Different Universes

Once you are aware of everything going on around you, you can begin to make choices that will change the universe that you and everyone else exist in. The same thing is going on all around you; everyone else is making choices that affect which universe you exist in too.

Part 7: The Issue of Choice and Chance

Since there are an infinite amount of destinations, the only problem with jumping universes is that you never know where you’re gonna land and everything everyone does affects it to a certain point.

Part 8: Dominate Her Reality

Here’s where being aware is most important. I’m sure some of you have heard about dominating a woman’s reality while picking her up. This is where this idea fits in in the grand scheme of things. When you can lead a woman into the same reality as you, you are going to be successful with her. This happens very frequently though most people are simply unaware.

I’ve always been a bit of a technophobe.  In fact,  I fear change in general, being a “stuck in my own ways” type stubborn guy.

This is one of the reasons I was very slow to adopt Facebook.  But now that I have, I am EXTREMELY glad that I did.

Why?

Because Facebook is one of the GREATEST tools any guy hoping to improve his success with women could ever hope to have.

Seriously.  Not only can it help you meet lots of new, attractive women.  It can also help you create massive social proof and get girls to want to date you!

So here’s my method of using Facebook to flirt with women…

1.  Setting Up Social Proof

If you know how to do it right, Facebook can be the ULTIMATE in social proof.  Everyone’s profile is a look into their life, so if you can pad out your profile, it can really give you a boost.

Pictures go a long way on Facebook, so have lots of pictures of yourself having fun with lots of different women.  You’ll also want to have pics of you traveling or doing other fun things.

Why?

Because girls who are interested in you will always stalk your photo albums!  So you’ll want to make sure they see you “living an exciting life” so they will want to be part of it!

Another thing you’ll want to do is fill your Wall with fun, flirty comments.  Encourage your friends to post on your wall and comment on your posts.

An active, and positive, Facebook profile can show others you’re a popular guy.

2.  Add Lots Of Attractive Women To Your Friends.

Facebook doesn’t let you communicate with people who aren’t your friends, so you need to add as many as possible if you want a chance at meeting them.

But mass adding friends is counter-productive.  You need to be smart about it. I like to add women I meet offline to my Facebook profile just to keep in touch and build rapport.
Getting a woman’s Facebook email is much easier than getting her phone number often times, and lots of girls spend a ridiculous amount of time on Facebook, so it can be easy to keep in touch with them.

You’ll also want to go through the friends of the girls you add to your profile and try and friend them too.  Just send an email with your friend request that says something like “Hey, I see you’re
friends with XXXXX.  You must be cool!  She’s awesome.”

And if you’re really ambitious, you can join numerous groups on Facebook that are all about adding friends to your profile.  You can meet lots of hot girls on Facebook through these groups.  (Just beware of
fake girl profiles from scammers!)

3.  Organize Your Women

Facebook allows you to create lists of Friends.  I always put every girl who friends me in a list called “Girls.”  This way, I can quickly look at all their status updates and see what’s going on with them.

Then, I’ll comment on their posts.  This is a great way to flirt, build rapport, and keep in touch.

4.  Poke, Poke, Poke

Poking is a fun little feature on Facebook that can really start some fun, flirty exchanges.  If there’s a girl you want to hear from, use the “poke” feature on her.

When she pokes you back, send her a flirty email in response.  Something like:

“Did you just poke my ass?  How forward of you! lol. Now I feel violated!”

You can get some really fun exchanges going off a simple poke.

5.  Organize Events and Invites

Because you can have so many girls following you on Facebook, this makes it easy for you to invite them out with you or to parties/events you’re throwing or attending.

You can create an event invitation and send it to all your “girl” friends.  You can put out a status update telling everyone what club you’re going to.

Heck, you can even send out an update asking what people are up to tonight, and then contact them about hanging out once they respond.

Setting up dates on Facebook using this method is so easy, its almost criminal!

I could probably go on for hours about how I like to use Facebook to get women, but I think for now, these five tips should get you started.

Let me start by saying that I started all wrong and that I had to figure things out on my own. As far back as 1st grade I knew I wanted more than one girlfriend I knew it was what I wanted for myself. The trouble was society’s stigma about monogamy. That’s entirely another topic of discussion, but I’ll just say that due to my upbringing, I was only taught about monogamous relationships. I hope you can learn something from some of my mistakes.

Rule #1. Know What You Want

I didn’t know what I wanted. I mean I never spelled it out, what I really wanted. I thought I knew but I was only living up to what others thought I should be doing. Figure out what you really want, not what your family expects of you, not what your current girlfriend wants from you, not what your friends think you should do, but what YOU really want. For me it’s an asian girlfriend and a blonde girlfriend, we all live together and love each other and have the freedom to see other people if we wish. Figure out what you want, in simplest terms. I have mine outlined in one and a half sentences. Yours should be too.

Rule #2. Communication Is Key

I was horrible with this. I couldn’t discuss what I wanted, felt or needed. Without a doubt, the biggest thing that makes MLTR’s work is communication. You have to talk about what you feel and why you feel it and listen to each of your partner’s to figure out what they think and feel as well. The effort you put into communicating with your partners will reward you ten fold.

Rule #3. Honesty is YOUR best policy.

I lied about seeing other girls. Lying made me a cheater. I was engaging in things that were clearly breaking a boundary of the other person I was involved with. Don’t be an asshole, tell her the truth. Give her the option to decide for herself if she wants to go down this road with you.

When you are first talking to a new girl, don’t say things like ‘My girlfriend and I are taking a break, seeing other people.’ In her mind you create the vision that you’ll be returning to her someday and whatever you try creating with this girl will be doomed from the start.

If you are seeing or plan to be seeing other girls, you have to set that frame right from the beginning. Saying things like ‘I’m casually dating right now.’ or ‘I’m seeing a couple of girls but it’s nothing serious.’ will set the proper expectations.

If you are in a serious relationship you can simply say that you are seeing someone seriously but that you just broke off another serious relationship because it didn’t work out. She’ll understand that you had 2 serious relationships going at the same time.

Rule #4. Don’t get too serious with a girl too quickly.

Since I didn’t know any better, I would rush into things with a new girl and go for a serious relationship right off the bat. If you plan on seeing more than one girl, you can’t rush in with a strong relationship frame the first few times you are together. Learn to take your time with things and to let the relationship take it’s own course.

Rule #5. Manage Your Time

In the last year and a half I’ve had to buckle down and get this one handled. When you’re seeing multiple girls, you have to schedule your time with each of them. Mindy on Monday, Tula on Tuesday, Wendy on Wednesday, Thalia on Thursday, Freeda on Friday. Sometimes you might have to change things up. Say you want to go to a concert with Tula on Friday. Freeda can’t see you on Tuesday, but she can on Thursday. Thalia can’t see you on Tuesday but she’s free on Wednesday. Minday is can only see you on Monday, but Wendy is flexible and can see you on Tuesday or Friday. Keep Mindy on Monday, move Wendy to Tuesday, Thalia to Wednesday, Freeda to Thursday and Tula to Friday. Sheeesh! I had to write it out to make sense of it!

Rule #6. Equality

Sometimes you’ll develop favorites. Maybe Mindy and you are really connecting lately, and Thalia and you aren’t getting along so well. Thalia needs more time because you have issues to work out and all you want to do is spend more time with Mindy. Who are you going to prioritize and how do you decide? I’ll let you decide what is right for you to do, but my one rule is to never leave one girlfriend without first resolving any conflict between us. You probably shouldn’t be going from one girl to the next because you’ll be wasting the other girls time if you have to spend extra time resolving things. Then they’ll both be angry with you.

Rule #7. Don’t Turn A Monogamous Relationship Into An Open One

Another of my biggest fuck ups. If you are starting out in a monogamous relationship, it’s really hard to open it up to a point where one or both of you are free to see other people. There are so many things that this affects and the reverberations are felt throughout the entire relationship so I don’t recommend this at all. You are better off starting over from scratch.

Rule #8. Handle New Relationship Energy (NRE) With Enthusiasm

If you are seeing two girls and start seeing a third, you are going to experience what has been labeled NRE. NRE is when you are overcome with feelings for this new person. So much so that you may begin ignoring your other girlfriends or even doing mean things to them.

Being aware of NRE can help you cope with the effects of it. Instead of canceling plans with Mindy to hang out with Thalia, go out with Mindy and enjoy the feelings you are experiencing. Bring the good along with you and let her enjoy them with you. You’ll find that by doing this, you’ll actually appreciate her more and you’ll make a deeper connection. Ever hear the old saying: “Spread the love.”?

Rule #9. Don’t talk about other girls with your girlfriend.

One of the biggest mistakes I made was talking about another girl I was interested in with my girlfriend. This behavior left her feeling very insecure about the relationship and feeling inadequate compared to this other girl. This affected us in many ways, one of the biggest being trust, as she felt I couldn’t be trusted around other girls and from then on she was always wondering what I was thinking about other girls when we were out. That was 11 years ago and I still hear about it.

Rule #10. Ending MLTR’s

What do you do when when you like one girl more than all of the others and on want to see her? You could call all of them and break up with them, but do you really want to break up with 4 girls in the same day? You could also move towards spending more time with Mindy and let the rest kind of fall out of your rotation. Either way it’s your choice what you feel more comfortable doing.

For whatever reason, Mindy became my favorite while reading this article, and I slowly stopped seeing the other girls names. Hmmm…Anyway enter your name and email address below to get the latest and greatest tips so you can start having multiple girlfriends in your life now.

I sincerely believe the #1 cause of under-achievement and lack of success with women is not approaching or interacting with women enough.

Here are 3 excuses that we all have at least once in our lives which is used for not approaching:

“I don’t know what to say”

“I’m afraid”

“It was the wrong context” (or logistic excuse: she was seated, she was on the phone, a friend came just before I approached, I don’t have the time etc…)

But, I can say for sure that it has NOTHING to do with any of these.

You see, the reason as to why you’re not approaching is simply that you don’t have any INTEGRITY. Yes, no integrity, zero, nada.

I can hear you saying: “But DRH, I’m an honest and moral person and by the way what does it have to do anyway with pick-ups?”

Everything, my friend.

Let me explain.

I’m not talking about integrity as being honest, I’m talking about keeping your word. Simply said: doing what you say you will do when you say you’ll do it. Most people are conditioned to only keep their words when they’re paid to do so or if there’s a risk for not doing it.

Corporations have more powers than countries because they’re big machines that make people keep their words and do what they’re supposed to do, when they’re supposed to.

But, outside of work or school, what makes you keep your word?

You read a post on Sunday night about a guy who met his new girlfriend after approaching her in the subway.

You get excited, you know that it’s possible, this is what you want, you know you deserve it like anybody else and you say to yourself: “Tomorrow I’m approaching the next hot girl I meet in the tube!”

It’s Monday morning, you’re on the platform waiting for your train to go to work and there is this stunning blonde. You find her attractive. You’re a great person with a good heart and you know that you just want her even though she’s a stranger.

But then, you realize that she looks “upset”, like “she doesn’t want to be approached” and you have to be at work at 10 a.m. and you don’t want “to take the risk to be late” thinking after all “she will be there tomorrow”.

So, you don’t approach her and you’re at your desk at 9:30 a.m. sharp.

You have kept your word to your boss but you haven’t kept your word to yourself. And my friend, that is the only reason you’re not at the level of freedom, enjoyment and power with women that you know you deserve to be in.

When you start keeping your word with yourself and constantly do what you say you will do when you say you’ll do it, magical things will start to happen.

Every frustration that I have had or still have in my life is down to one thing and one thing only: not keeping my word by not doing what I know in my heart I should do. Oppositely, every success and enjoyment is the result of having absolute integrity and keeping your word.

Approaching is not about overcoming fear, having the right opener or doing things right. It’s being true to yourself and to what you want. If you want her, then keep your word and at least give yourself the opportunity to get her. She certainly can reject you, but all that matters is that you keep your word by approaching.

INTEGRITY is the bottom line.

Inner Game and Confidence

The secret to good Inner game

The secret to getting amazing good inner game is that there is no secret.  What inner game comes down to for me is forming new beliefs inside your mind.  Beliefs such as having abundance with women and having true confidence in your skill that you can get any woman you want.   This only happens from going out and practicing until you have enough experience that your internal thought patterns change.  There is no short cut.

Creating Long Lasting confidence

Everyone always asks how you do it.  It’s really quite simple but extremely time consuming.  You have to flood your subconscious with new experiences where everything works with women.  Think about it. If you have had bad experiences for five, ten, or twenty years trying to figure women out then you have to un do all of that internal conditioning.   This takes time.   The only way to really get good at something and truly believe you are good at it is to practice and reinforce that you are good.  Once you have enough experiences it will click and you will see the light.  It is easy because it’s simple but it requires great commitment. You won’t get there over night but I promise if you stick with it eventually you will get there.

Last Minute Resistance

How to deal with LMR

There are three ways that I deal with LMR.

1. Two steps forward and one step back.  If I am getting heavy resistance when I am escalating I go into a two steps forward one step back mode.  If you take a look at the Kino escalation ladder in the Kino chapter you can just simply follow a two step forward one back.  Linger on the step you went back to then try to push forward again.  Repeat until you get to where you want to go.  It works.

2. The Freeze out. This is more of an extreme tactic.  It works and I have done it but it is a last ditch effort and if you don’t do it correctly she will smell the reactive nature of it.  Basically if you have hit a brick wall when escalating you completely stop and start doing something else.

Getting up and watching TV or checking your email will work.   The girl will become upset because you stopped stimulating her physically and we all love stimulation.  Then you play dumb!!! Oh I thought you didn’t want to do anything more so I am not doing anything more.  Then you go back to escalating and if she stops you then again completely stop and do something else.  Repeat and you will break through the barrier but this has to be done in a way where you are not getting angry and she isn’t thinking you are reacting to her.  Best way to do it is almost play dumb.  If you ever get angry she will lose all her attraction for you.

3. More Time. Most people in the community won’t say it but sometimes when all else fails you just need to spend more time with the girl.   NOTICE: Now is not the time to freak out. You must maintain your cool.  Instead of getting mad and thinking she won’t have sex with you think about how she is in your bed already so it’s only a matter of time before you have sex.  If it doesn’t happen now it will happen the next time.  The thing that will screw you up is if you get angry.  If you get angry the girl will lose all attraction she had for you.  Keep your cool and chill and try the next morning.
